Larry Carpenter brings several years coaching experience and has coached for Three Rivers Little League, Klash, and in the BFP organization.  Carpenter enters his 3rd year as a head coach with BFP.  Carpenter coached 12U last year and 10U the previous year with BFP.  Carpenter was also an assistant for Three Rivers High School Varsity.

Jason Porter is currently in his 3rd year as the Athletic Director at Western Community Schools in Jackson, MI.  Jason led Comstock High School to 173 wins, 4 district titles, 1 regional title, and a runner up finish in the mhsaa tournament in 2003.  Jason was selected to coach the division 2 all-star team in 2003 and was Wolverine Conference Coach of Year in 2001 and 2003.  Jason was also the Head Coach for Kalamazoo College.  Jason has coached over 15 players who have moved on to D1, D2, D3, and JUCO colleges.
